Well, I did it. I made an investment in this blog and in myself by upgrading to the personal plan. I feel like it will be easier to grow an audience without the intrusive ads all over my (usually) short posts.
There’s another reason why I picked this moment to upgrade. I recently realized that I have always felt like people around me didn’t take me seriously, but it was mostly me not taking me seriously. I second guess myself, sell myself short, and self-sabotage like it’s my true calling. So in the interest of getting better about that, I put some money on the line.
