What’s something you would attempt if you were guaranteed not to fail.
The obvious answer might be skydiving or base jumping, except that I am afraid of heights and not that much of an adrenaline junkie.
I would start organizing a church congregation if I were guaranteed success. I am afraid of failing so spectacularly that it would be felt unto the seventh generation of my descendants. I mean, in one sense, I can’t fail because the worst that can happen is that I pray alone or just with my family. On the other hand, faith is so personal that putting yourself out there and being rejected would hit close to the heart. But if I were guaranteed success, the main obstacle, my fear, would be removed.
