What could you do differently?
What I might do differently going forward is to try to eat better food, get some exercise of one sort or another, and sleep some normal amount at a routine time. I could also stand to get better at time management and allow the first hour of my day to be waking up and list making time.
I have a lot on my mind right now, so that’s all I have for you. Probably would be able to think of more clever things to say if I had actually slept last night.
