Reflect on your beliefs about change. How do they influence your ability to adapt and grow?
I believe that change is inevitable, so you might as well enjoy it. And I do. This makes me extremely adaptable. I am happy to surf the waves of chaos and that encourages me to grow toward the next stage of the adventure I call “life.” I consider this one of my better traits.
On the other hand (and you know by now that I always think with both hands), my love of change and novelty can make it hard for me to stick through periods of incubation and slow growth, even when I know those times are necessary. This is a trait I am working on. Improvement is incremental and uneven— both a statement of general fact and a description of my efforts to hang in there when the going gets boring.
