Prompt: Why I Blog

I have kept notebooks and journals since I was a child. Blogging is a natural extension of that. Writing is how I think.

I actually have multiple blogs on many topics, most of which are neglected or abandoned now. Sometimes I go back to them and post a little this-and-that.

This blog is different though. I have been reading and watching a lot of content that has suggested I would be more successful* in life if I were to go for depth over breadth. It makes sense to me that I should narrow my focus and put effort into one thing at a time so I can get better at it before I start up a new thing.

If I can turn this blog into a business or the foundation of my media empire, that would be great! But this is not some weird clickbait cash grab. If it were, I am doing a lousy job of it. So far I have made -$36. I will be thrilled to get to $0.
