I had a total knee replacement of my right knee on Friday. I was slightly apprehensive about it, but the surgery went well and I seem to be recovering nicely. I need to do my PT exercises in a little bit. I thought I would check in and let everyone know that I am still alive and working up to kicking.

Once again, my new knee is nowhere near this cool.
