Prompt: Uninvention

I would un-invent “flushable” wipes, because they wreak havoc on septic and sewer systems. A clogged septic system is not a fun time and having it fixed is going to cost you. Nobody enjoys a clogged sewer either. Google “fatbergs” to be disgusted and for another reason that “flushable” wipes aren’t.

Or perhaps I would reinvent them as actual dissolving wipes, no more harmful than toilet paper. Cleaner butts and no clogs? That would be a service to society.

Or we could use bidets.

I know there are bigger problems caused by other inventions, but I feel confident other people answering this prompt have those under control.
